About Me

I design for the internet because I LOVE the internet! It's pretty much been my #1 fascination ever since I got my first computer way back in 1996. I was in the 8th grade, had access to the family AOL account and quickly discovered the 2 free MB of web space offered to every user. Suddenly, I too had the tools to build my own website and I was completely hooked. I devoured everything I could find about HTML and hand coded all my sites in notepad for years. By age 16 I had (what I thought) was a totally awesome Xena: Warrior Princess fanpage... oh those were the days!

In college I persued a BFA in Art & Design at the University of Michigan along with a BA in Classical Archaeology (Latin, its a lot like HTML!). I'm now working on various freelance website design and illustration projects and always hungry for more.
